[2021] 30 minute suspension that was the games fault

My game screen went black, I restarted my computer cause it wouldn't let me open task manager or close the game, I get the game open again I hit the reconnect to ranked button and I keep getting an error on the game, my internet was fine the game just kept giving me the same stupid error and now I get punished even though I did everything In my power to rejoin the stupid game wtf.
