My ubisoft account is linked to my steam account but this is my problem.
1. The game was gifted to me on steam.
2. I can't enable 2FA because the email address associated to the ubisoft account (unverified email address) was hacked and I have no way to recover it from gmail.
3. I'm able to play the game through steam with no issues... but I can't enable 2FA. (because the unverified email address was hacked)
4. I've submitted multiple photos showing my phone #, Drivers License, Steam account infos, me IN THE GAME ON THE ACCOUNT.
IDK what else to do, plz help me ubisoft my account isn't compromised but I'll never be able to enable 2fa and play ranked in this game with my friends.
