I bought the year 8 premium season pass on steam 4 days ago and it did not give me anything, not the skins or the battle pass.
I also cant refund the pass since steam's policy doesn't allow refunding of in game purchases.

Is there any way to fix this?

To further investigate this for you, could you please reach out to us through our Support page with a screenshot of the Steam proof of purchase and a copy of your launcher logs? You can find a guide on how to do so here.

For privacy reasons, please do not attach them to the forum here, as they may reveal private information about you.
