[2021] No option to add or change spoken language via Uplay

I would like to add spanish and german to the spoken language option but there is no way to do this. In-game i only have the english language and when I go to Uplay>RainbowSixSiege>Properties there is no option to add another language to the game.

I found some other threads with the same issue but those were russian players having the russian version of the game and because of the region lock they cant change it. But i live in germany and have the german/EU version of the game and should be able to choose from the EU-languages i think.
