[2020] Missing Battle Pass rewards

My friend got a weired problem in this game after the y5s1 battle pass update or the y5s1 patch.He cant see the battle pass in the main sreen and the operator or the weapon's model in the operator/weapon-choose screen.Also he cant open his alpha pack.When we play casual macth which map is the coastline map or the skyscraper,His game crashed and report error code.He tried to reinstall the game,but the problem still exsists.Except those two maps(coastline and skyscraper),playing game in orther maps is fine.We really want to know how to fix this problem and we are very apprecite for your reply which anything about this problem.post the picture down blow when we encounter this problem.

This does not appear to be a known issue but not to worry, we can tackle this in a logical order!

Considering you have already tried reinstalling the game, my first suggestion would be for us to test if this is a profile / account issue.

I recommend trying the following and let me know the outcome -

- Try your Ubisoft account on his PC
- Try his Ubisoft account on your PC

Depending on the outcome, we may be able to find a pattern whether the issue is specific to 1 PC or 1 account.
