I'm sorry to hear you haven't had a response for so long. I know there are delays currently but it shouldn't be taking that long. I've reported this to a manager and asked this to be looked into why it hasn't had a response yet.
It is something that will need to be handled through the ticket rather than on the forums, but I have just sent you an email with a link to click on to verify your account, as this is the first thing the team working emails would need to do in order to speak to you about your account, so that should help speed it up a bit once it is picked up.
