I've contacted ubisoft 2 times about this, and they won't tell how and when i was using 'cheat' that i was banned for.

I have never, ever used 'CHEAT' in any competitive games, like ever, i have a reputation to keep. I was on a team once or twice, I played on local tournaments, Go4, and many mores.

I'm truly disgusted that ubisoft said that I was banned PERMANENTLY for 'multiple cheating offenses', WHICH I HAVE NEVER DONE! I even bought your season pass, elites, skins for crying out loud! and they said that this decision is final and cannot be lifted, like really? What have I done other than spend my money on game and then get my rights taken from me, for something that I didn't even do. I even stream sometimes, on my youtube channel, i make content out of this game, and you still think I'm cheating? like come on, is this even fair?

Please, look into my account, stop saying "we can't do this, we can't do that." If my youtube channel has a lot of subs, my ban is probably lifted by now, but since I'm just a REGULAR GUY playing this game, "Nope, you're not getting your account back, and we won't tell you how or when", or let me quote it correctly how you email me.

I have over 1000+ hours on the game, I spent money on the game.


Is this how you treat your loyal customer? and make sure your games are fun, fair and friendly?

For any issues related to permanent bans, we ask players to contact us through our support channels where we can verify your account and give more information about your ban, as we can not do this over our Forums.

You may be able to appeal your permanent ban, but please make sure to submit as much information as you can, as you can only have the opportunity to appeal this ban once.
