[2023] Where can I report cheaters with video evidence?

I like to use the overlay R6 Analyst mostly for its function to quickly report cheaters with video evidence through ubisofts support forum. It seems that ubisoft have removed the forum section where you can do this, I can't find any forum or subforum that say "reports", or "cheating" etc anywhere. Everytime I have clipped and reported someone through R6 analyst they have been banned within a week, so it does work. As far as I can tell ubisoft don't seem to care about the cheater issue that is single handly ruining their game. At this point I can't help but think that ubisoft are making it harder to get cheaters banned because it may drop the player count down and reveal how poorly this game is performing in numbers, a very large chunk of the player base are cheaters. I go to the extra effort to get these pathetic little kids banned and ubisoft just make it harder and harder. Please let me know if there is a way I can submit these evidence supported reports, and if there is a method to do so, make it easier to access because every ubisoft website is just a confusing mess of text. Please take this issue more seriously, we were told that the anti-cheat this season was improved but I haven't noticed a difference.
