Welcome to the forums. As advised by Boit.Mecklyn the game may be being blocked by Bitdefender. Here's how to fix it:

-Launch Bitdefender
-Click Settings
-Click exclusions
-Click add exclusions
-Add rainbowsix.exe

As advised in your other thread we are aware that Bitdefender is blocking Rainbow Six: Siege and whitelisting it does resolve this for a lot of players. However, we have no control over Bitdefender so this is not something that we can resolve on our end. We are however actively looking into this issue.
