I recently subscribed to one of the streamers listed to receive their charm in game, but it has been over 16 hours and I still haven't received it. Ive done this transaction before and received It within 2 hours. I just want to know why this is happening.

We do ask players to allow up to 48hrs from the point of subscription for charms to be delivered in-game as there can be occasional delays.
If you're still waiting on your charm, please contact us directly via our Support Site or you can also reach us on Facebook and Twitter with a clear screenshot of your Twitch subscription and we'd be more than happy to take a look
