Ok so to get a couple common questions out the way.
1)my 2-step is set
2) I’ve submitted a ticket
3) this is a common issue now
ok so I want to buy credits for siege since the season is coming to a close and I didn’t finish the battle pass. I tried buying from steam and it doesn’t go thru, I get a “something went wrong, try again later” and then followed by a email saying potential fraud. Then I went thru Ubisoft connect and put my card information in and the same thing happen, another fraud email. Then I thought I could outsmart the system and add money to my Ubisoft wallet, you would think it would work but no diceeee. The representative I talked to says nothing on his side shows flagged and to try again in like 24-48 hours. And so I waited and nothing, so now it’s Wednesday and I just tried it again and nothing. This is completely annoying, I undid my 2-step and re activate it, and also changed my password.
help pleaseeeeee, I don’t usually use forms but it’s all I can do. What’s the point of 2 step if I can’t purchase from my account, send me like a code or something to verify if it’s me, don’t just lock me out from buying anything for 24-48 hours
