so last night (aug2620201) i was plat 3 just got it back and so i decied to go to bed and i woke up to say i was ranked reset with no ban or reason i dont even know why so i played a ranked game and saw my placement matches were down if anyone has an answer my name is zexysucks.
pls someone help me fiqure out why this is happening
Hello @zexysucks, thank you for your post. Usually, a rank reset will happen at the start of a new season. Sometimes a rank reset will happen if you have previously played a few matches with or against players, who were later identified as cheaters. You will experience an MMR rollback, and then a rank reset if this happened many times.
