The Collective Minds Strike Pack is a commercial accessory that on its own is harmless. However the product is advertised to have the ability to install mods on the console controller such as anti recoil. According to ubisoft modding is a bannable offense, however many other game developers have taken the stance that the mods do not affect the game files themselves and therefore is not cheating. It is of my opinion that this falls under what ubisoft described as "third party software that gives an unfair advantage over other players" and is therefore cheating.
