Hello. In the past day or 2 all of my year 2 operators have locked out of the blue, including the ones I have purchased elite skins for. I don't understand why this happened but how can I rectify this?
Just to add, i have tried logging in and out of Ubisoft connect PC, tried going offline and back online but didn't help.

To get help with this issue, we will need to check your account and look at some screenshots showing the operators locked out, which we can not do on the forum.
