I've been trying to get support ever since December 13th and nothing has worked. Each time ive eather been lied to, ignored, or simply not responded to after several days.

In the case of being lied to, i made a report to support, sent in videos, had a convo with support people, and was told "action has been taken". I logged on the same day, and the player, who ubi said was taken care of, was playing ranked. I went to the discord he was in and judging by the messages in there he was still throwing. Worst part is he was doing it on a smurf, I sent proof of him telling me he was smurfing and bragging about his main along with the report as well.

Since then It's been "im sorry we cant help you" or simply being ignored. The only things that ive been ablt to squeese out of live chats is that, and im paraphrasing here but basically; if someone is manually banned/suspended, the rollback system should still be in effect and you should get elo back. This hasnt happened so i know not a single one of my reports has been taken seriously like they said. Same dude said a google drive would work for making a report cause 8mb is patheticly small for any decent recording or picture. The only other thing that i got out of one was today when they said that theres no way to talk to someone that can actually do anything other than posting on the forums and hoping they see your post. So here i am.

By proof, by the way, i have a google drive folder with a document explaining everything, direct quotes from ubi support, or from the tos that everything i sent in is a bannable offense so they dont even have to make sure. Also i have five folders, each for games i picked out as the worst. in each of those is multiple videos and pictures making it painfully obvious that the offenders are breaking the rules. I also have every entire session recorded (at the time of typing 211 gigs cause i have tons or space and why not). Just in case they need any more footage.

So here i am, a month later with no competent support and a couple of hours of effort wasted. At this point i dont even care about the game i just have nothing else to do and this nags at my adhd. if theres something i misssed let me know and ill try it, but i just want help dude. Ild just like to be able to have a good time playing the game cause its unique and a good time even losing when its due to my or my friends errors, but not from this.

Hey WaterNoWetness, thanks for reaching out and sharing this with us.

I can fully appreciate that having offenders in-game will make everyone else's experience much more frustrating and such continuous and uncontrolled behavior will make it even worse going forward.

As it stands, please bare in mind that naming and shaming is against our forum rules, so we will be unable to discuss the offenders you're referring to, however instead, may I ask you to clarify in which particular case did you communicate this with us and we will have a look at it.

I appreciate that you have not shared any particular usernames and you have done the right thing. I just wanted to clarify that going forward, we would be unable to carry on the discussion through here and so that this information that you've stated in your original post could be checked, we would appreciate if you could advise us the case number where such communication took place.

Once we have that, we can have a look at it and take it from there.

Thanks for your response there.

I had a look at your case and I can see that agents who dealt with it has handled it correctly.

Your report is regarding intentionally throwing the game and it is not the case of a obvious cheating, where permanent suspension will follow right after.

Any harassment, mistreatment or rule breaking will be addressed however in a lot of instances, temporarily suspension will be issued. If player is caught of doing it on repetitive occasions, suspension will be doubled and next time it will happen for a pro-longed period of time, followed by a permanent suspension in case if this does not stop.

Although I appreciate the frustration this brings, we have to be objective with the punishment that is issued for any offender. Just because player that you've reported did not receive permanent suspension, does not mean that your report has not been overviewed or tackled.

As far as rollback goes, it's something that will occur in case if cheater was sanction and that player took part in the game you've played, which is different from the instance you are referring to. For more details about this, have a look at the following article.

I do not want to discuss the particular report in detail however I can see that you have reported players a number of players for a number of reasons. Also, smurfing is the topic I did not really touch upon and in a lot of instances, you cannot always take the message for it's value, however I do see where you're coming from.

As far as the Twitter message goes, we are always aiming to respond to you within 48 hours and hopefully one of our agents will be able to do so however due to high volume of contacts a slight delay is possible.

In regards to rollback - I am glad to hear that and hopefully it will go to show that reports are being taken seriously however we're not always able to respond or address these instances right away due to limited number of resources however we will continuously strive to improve the gameplay experience and I will pass over your feedback to our team .
