[2021] GameSettings.ini is missing

I checked the %userprofile%\Documents\My Games\ but there is no rainbow six siege folder. I tried to check the other profile's documents but there is no rainbow six folder. I just want to fix the screen launches below my resolution

I also tried validating the steam files but its says nothing is missing
