[2020] Guy hits me and friend with DDOS and we lose elo

I was playing in a ranked on PS4 with my friend LEAD_FARMING_MF and we were playing and we noticed that this guy kept out leaving multiple times during the game. However every time he would leave a player on our team would get kicked out to until we got to winning 3-1 and then the same guy named [Redacted] who kept on leaving finally booted us all. So obviously we try to join back but wait there is a problem because we were booted we got a abandon penalty and now can not rejoin and try to win the game that we were up and those guys can join back and win it. On top of that we lose all of the elo from that match and we don't gain the elo that was about to be won. It is extremely frustrating to see how someone can boot people offline to win. I really hope the match could be looked at and the elo on top of the elo that was about to be won is granted to us. I was not able to get the clip either because when I got booted my first reaction after trying to join was to close application and try and join back , but in doing that I could no longer get the clip. Overall i lost around 115 elo from what was lost and what was about to be won as it was 4-2 players on the last round. Please and thank you
