I tried changing my profile picture and this is what i got out of it, every time i try to upload a new one it says the same thing and i can't even set a default pic as my pfp. When i try changing it with https://account.ubisoft.com/ the screen just goes blank.

Can you try going through our browser troubleshooting first then trying again through the account management website please?
