I am just trying to get a new weapon skin that I can use on all my guns.. But every time I try and open Universal Weapon Skins, it freezes my game! I honestly don't know how to fix this, or what to do. Please help!

1. Can you advise us what is the console model you play on?
2. Is there any chance you could possibly provide us with video footage showing this?
3. Since when did you notice issue started occurring?
