[2019] Fps counter that pops up using keyboard buttons??

Hey guys. So theres this fps counter that pops up on the top left and makes a really annoying and loud beeping sound whenever I press ctrl, alt, or shift. Pressing any of these buttons will turn the fps counter on or off and it will also play that loud sound. That is steam fps counter. You have steam overlay on?

Go to steam>setting>in-game>fps counter and just press it and put it off.
