[2022] Ubisoft support need to improve their support.

On 19/12/2021, my rainbow six siege account was permanently banned for cheating by battleye. I assumed it was a false ban because I've never used cheats on my most played game: rainbow six siege. Ubisoft support checked my account and replied with a confirmation of the breach of the code of conduct, therefore an unban is not possible. That made me confused and thought of my account might have got hacked. I checked my email but I wasn't able to find anything because I didn't have 2 step verification on, so I didn't receive any suspicious login warnings. Next, I checked Match reply in rainbow six siege, shockingly, I found matches that weren't played by myself! I wasn't playing at the time of the recorded matches. Whoever played those matches definitely used at least wallhack, it was pretty obvious, like they were tracking people behind walls. I did even deeper research and discovered a group of people on discord who sells cracked accounts, a bunch of losers. I sent the invite link for the discord in the previous ticket to hopefully get that server banned. Now I am sure my account was hacked and this is the reason for this appeal. R6 is my most played game and my favorite too, it was extremely frustrating to see that I am not able to play anymore. But the reply speed... I understand why the streamer/YouTubers get support in a day or less because they promote the game and they are making a living out of it. But the support I am getting is making me feel frustrated, the replying speed is at least 4 days, my account had been hacked but "it is my own responsibility for my account's safety." Please, Ubisoft, despite the great games you produce, please update your support.
