Friend is having audio issues in siege, making it difficult for him to play.
We've searched for help/answers in other places, with no luck at all. My friend explaining the issues he's having:

"..usually in between switching from drone to person, or person to dying... either the drone audio beings to fade fast then it's gone... or the gun that killed me, it's gunfire continues indefinitely on that part of the map. stuff like Dokkaebi calls tend to buzz in same exact location where the call happened, in the same place on the map for every round of the game."

Any ideas as to why this could be happening? He's reinstalled r6s and is still having issues.

His specs are:

CPU: intel i5-8300H

GPU: GTX 1050 Ti

RAM: 8gb

He doesn't have any issues running the game, but this audio issue is ruining his experience.

Hey there.

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you on this.

If they are continuing to experience these issues can I ask you to ask them to submit a support case please? There is info we would like to take from them to investigate further but some of the info is sensitive so it's not something we can request on a public forum.

They can reach us either through the support website by opening a live chat session or alternatively through our social media accounts on Facebook and Twitter and they will be able to create a support case for them. Thanks!
