I got the game from game pass and when I launched it I noticed that all operators were locked. I have all content installed and everything necessary to use them. So I proceeded by contacting ubisof support almost 3 weeks ago and after they verified the problem and everything and a day later they said they passed it on to the development team. After that I've barely had any updates and they just say the same generic response of how they are still looking into it. I know supporting a game is hard and mistakes can be made, but it's unacceptable that such a mayor issue remains after almost 3 weeks and they don't even have an approximate date.
