[2020] Uplay chat hasn't been working for nearly a week

I wrote in a ticket about this as well. My upaly chat just does not work. When I try to open it I just see a spinning load wheel. I can't see messages and I can't send messages. How long is this possibly going to last???

Also, I've logged into my other Ubisoft accounts and the chat works just fine.

Hey aCUBED.. I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with Uplay's chat. This sounds incredibly frustrating, especially since you're used to using the feature so much. For starters, can you please try running Uplay as an administrator? Also, please let me know your case number that you created for this issue. Thank you!
