Why have the "live chat option" on your support site if its impossible to chat with someone. After picking every possible combination on the drop down tabs for reporting issues, the chat button dissappears and you're only left with the submit ticket option. With the amount of cheaters running rampant in "Rainbow six siege" not having that option for easy accessibility to make your players feel like you're actually helping them is just as bad as you letting the cheaters run around with no repercussions. I've been DDOS attacked 5 times in the last 2 days and I can't even get an email back! Absolutely disgraceful customer service!!!

If this happens to you again, please make sure to use the 'Report a Player' function in the game.
This will tell us what the time and date of the game, the players name and location, which gives us all the information we need to locate these players and review the evidence.
This can lead to a temporary ban and with repeated reports like this from other players, can lead to a permanent ban too on that players account.
