[2020] [Connectivity/Multiplayer]High packet loss and high latency issues

As the title says I get those issues in all multiplayer matches. I have followed all the connectivity troubleshooting procedure but nothing has improved. I had contacted my ISP and they tell me that this happens and is normal as the server is not in local. I connect to Singapore servers and I should get about 60ms(this is what my friend gets consistently) but I get 75+ and high packet loss too.
