[2023] Undeserved 2 hour ban from going into any ranked mode

I was playing with some of my friends when my game froze and it kicked me. Now I have a two hour ban from going into a ranked mode I don’t think I deserve to be punished for this please fix this problem.

@blucazo0 Hey there, I'm sorry to hear you received a ban because your game froze. It looks like you're playing on an Xbox Series console, so if these freezes happen frequently I recommend running through the steps in this FAQ.
