I got termination penalty for the problems of the Servers and now i got again a termination penalty but for the reason that pc is gone off i hope we can i do it so that i got a termination penalty but only for 1 hour because the other 2 termination penalty was the problem of the sever
@sishunter_ Hey there, I apologize that you received this sanction as a result of connectivity issues. Unfortunately, support cannot remove abandonment penalties, as they are issued server-side by an automated system. Can you please let me know if the rest of your team is also removed when these disconnects occurred? Do you receive any specific error messages or codes?
