I appear to have several issues here.

  1. Im being asked to 're-associate' an account but have no idea how i am supposed to do this.
  2. the 'linked' Xbox account listed under Ubisoft is not an account ive ever had. So according to Ubisoft, i cannot change this.
  3. Ive never linked an Xbox account because until about an hour ago, i never had one..


Can someone PLEASE (ideally someone from Ubisoft), please explain to me what on earth im supposed to do..
