[2022] Queue won't pop even with 10 players in lobby

Two days ago I was playing, queued for unranked and quick play. Both popped queues within its estimated time frame. Right now I'm in a queue with 9 other players(r6 tracker) thus having a full lobby and we are running at 12 mins and counting. I feel like this is a bit ridiculous since it's essentially year 1 all over again. The difference this time is that we have access to R6 Tracker to actually see that we are indeed in a lobby. This is really bs because I was looking at how to fixes and all of it essentially says that we the players need to fix our internet, settings, hardware, software, etc. Ubi, yall need to stop telling ppl what they need to do and just admit that you have issues in your game.
