I lost a ranked match because i got disconnected from the ubisoft servers even though my internet was fine. i ended up getting a ban because i kept getting disconnected at the start of the round. I would really like my mmr compensated for this because their wasnt anything i can do. im not ranked yet this was my 3rd ranked match this season and i was trying to do better in my placements than usual (usually i win 6 and lose 4) im trying to go for 10-0 but i really just wanna get above 6-4.

I apologize that you were disconnected from the match and did not receive any MMR for playing. Unfortunately we have no was of adding MMR to players accounts as compensation as this is handled solely by the game and regrettably treats all disconnections as if they were deliberate match abandons.
