It's really distracting and nausea inducing. Can we get a fix on this ASAP?

Hi everyone! Thank you guys so much for reporting this issue to us. Does this lagging with the name plates and player icons seems to happen more often on a particular map? Or is it completely random? How often does it seem to occur as well?
