As Cleebo8 said, we've recently added a medkit to the game the player can use to recover some health and remove debuffs from certain injuries, such as slowed movement after getting shot on the leg. It can also be used by teammates. We're still testing and tweaking the system, however, and it's likely to see further changes along the road.

Affirm! Singleplayer and CO-OP has been in since the beginning of the Alpha and still is. It has just been moved to a separate Steam branch (still accessible to Supporters, just need to switch via the Properties menu) with the release of the PVP build.

We'll be adding more doors to PVP maps soon. They're a real gameplay changer and affect the pace a lot so we're going slow with it as we test and tweak the way they work for players.
