[2018] Realm Royale Closed Beta Announcements

Hey everyone, this week we have released the new Founder’s Packs[www.realmroyale.com] on Xbox and PlayStation 4! With this movement to a new stage in the Closed Beta, we have some announcements as we approach Open Beta early next year.


Battle Pass 1: Primal Awakening is live on Xbox and PlayStation 4 The Primal Awakening Battle Pass is now available on PC, Xbox, and PlayStation 4! Advance through 65 levels of unlockable content including Chicken Skins, Mounts, Skydive Effects, and more. Players will earn Battle Pass XP by playing the game and completing daily challenges. Each level you gain will unlock new rewards!

If you opt to not unlock the Battle Pass, don’t worry. You can level up your Free Pass and unlock some content just by playing! Plus, you can buy in at any time before the end of the season to unlock all items up to your current level.

You’ll want to act quickly, the Primal Awakening Battle Pass will only be available until mid-January! We’re giving all players double Battle Pass XP now through the end of the first Battle Pass. What’s more: to celebrate the holidays, we will be offering four times Battle Pass XP from Friday, December 21st through Wednesday December 26th!

We are also turning on the in-game Shop! Players will now be able to unlock a variety of skins and cosmetics with Crowns, Realm Royale’s premium currency.



The Chicken Nugget Shop is Closing Down We’ve had a lot of fun experimenting with new ways to collect items in-match like Chicken Nuggets. We want to thank everyone who gave us feedback on this system.

Now that we are moving through the Beta phase with a strong content pipeline on the horizon, we are announcing that we are discontinuing the use of Chicken Nuggets as a currency in Realm Royale. However, these Nuggets will be available for use until we update to Patch 14 in January! Players will be given two choices as to what they want to do with the Chicken Nuggets until then:

• Use your Chicken Nuggets to unlock skins and other cosmetics within the game until Patch 14 in January.
• Hold on to your Chicken Nuggets, as when Patch 14 arrives in January, we will be converting Chicken Nuggets into Crowns using a conversion rate that we will announce closer to the patch date in order to exchange them into Crowns.

Chicken Nuggets have been removed from chests, but players will continue to be able to unlock this currency by placement and team eliminations in matches.

The PC Alpha Pack is leaving the Shop As we transition into the Beta phase of Realm Royale, it’s time to bid adieu to the Alpha Pack on PC. The Alpha Pack, containing 5 items exclusive to PC, will be available until mid-January!!

• Kaleidoscope Mount
• Alpha T-Pose Emote
• Alpha Chicken Skin
• Alpha Spray
• Alpha Avatar
