Connecting your PS4 Realm Royale Acc to Hi Rez

So I've been waiting since the release of that cat skin for Hi Rez to get back to me on this and they still haven't. I put in 2 support tickets and nothing. I really want this cat skin through twitch prime, but I can't or don't know how to connect my PS4 account to Hi Rez. Because when you start Realm Royale on PS4, you don't make an account, you just click the accept button on first login and then you're just logged into the game under your PSN name.

So since Hi Rez won't help me out does anybody else have an answer or solution or anything to help a brother out?
