@MikeHuntHurts89 The ability to RNG forge legendary weapons was taken out back in RRR patch 1. You can upgrade to legendary like always but you have to upgrade from purple to legendary. Not randomly skip the epic weapons.

@itapita9 @MikeHuntHurts89 Feel free to ask me tomorrow on stream and I can go into detail TLDR Zap Rifle is getting it's based damage nerfed but bringing headshot damage up to reward headshots. All greens class weapons are just getting a buff early game. Legendary longbow did not get a buff.
