[2019] New Update

Everything seems good on PS4, so far.

My issues:

Why am I unable to open my map and continue running? This is a really dumb change.

Shredder has absolutely no recoil. It lasers people. Seems to have the same damage as before..

Some of the visual updates are more like ehhhh, cool but were not needed.

Other things I find or notice later will edit about.
