I haven’t played on switch so I can’t say for sure, but I’d imagine lol
my advice, a lot of people benefit from cranking down the sensitivity if they're having a hard time at the outset. Practice with Slug Rifle and Revolver. Don't be afraid to bail on a fight if it's not going your way.
