A bit of background before I get to the point. I play Realm Royale on PS4 and I absolutely love it. It's a great alternative to everything else out there and I haven't been able to play much this season but have got back into it recently. I've been having a blast and with the battle pass being free and the season coming to a close soon, I decided to support the game with a purchase. Some of the cosmetics packs were a bit pricey but I saw the Battle Bundle was on sale for 20.00$ Canadian and I figured I wouldn't be able to finish the season by grinding it out so I said what the heck, I will make the purchase and support the game and get 35 tiers.
I log onto the game and was at tier 35 before the purchase so I expected to be bumped up to 70 based on the description of the bundle. Well, it only bumped me up 19 tiers to 54. I was going to let it go and just carry on but it started to annoy me that I was missing 16 tiers that I had paid for. So I went to Hi-Rez support and submitted a ticket thinking this would be easy to resolve.
NOPE
I was going to post the screens of my back and forth conversation with Hi-Rez but it really doesn't make a difference for me getting my point across and I'm not trying to blast them, I just want to explain my situation.
Basically, they told me they can't refund me and that everything checks out with my purchase. I never asked for a refund, I only wanted what I paid for but the support staff at Hi-Rez couldn't care less that my purchase was bugged and chose to just not believe me and essentially said case closed and they couldn't even explain to me how I received everything I paid for.
I submitted a second ticket to which they never even replied.
Now you could say it's only 16 tiers so quit being a baby. Maybe but the fact is that I went out and made a purchase to support the game and a bug outside of my control occurs and Hi-Rez doesn't care to make things right. It's disappointing and it's not fair for them to take the money and run.
This is not mean to bash Hi-Rez either, it's just a real situation and you can call me dumb for spending money on a FTP game and that's ok too but I'm just telling you that this is real and just be careful if you spend money on this game on PS4 as support staff won't be helpful if you get cheated.

TLDR - Realm Royale purchase battle bundle on PS4 may be bugged and Hi-Rez support won't offer any support
