[2019] Why is Realm Royal is getting worse and worse on PS4 ?

Hello, I'm a big fan of Realm Royal, I love the game and to play it with my friends. Unfortunately I play it on PS4... I know that it is a beta mode, but recently the experience in game is getting horrible because of many bugs that did not even exist when I started :

• Social : since 3 weeks I just can't play games with friends. Squad is impossible, and to play duo I have to wait like 10-15 min (for real) to be able to join a friend. Without them where is the fun ?
• At almost every game beginning, my screen freeze during 10 sec when I open a chest or just loot.
• When I want to start a game, there is 50% of chance that I get stuck in the ship, without being able to choose a class, or to jump. I can't leave the game I have to re launch RR.
• I also have a lot of graphic lags and bugs

That really irritates me because again I love your game, and I would like to play it more but many times I have to play something else just because I CAN'T play the game... and this is new, it's not used to be this way. Why ?
