@zitan_fgo We are working on a fix to private matches on Switch as we speak and aim to have this fix in an upcoming patch :)
A workaround you can attempt is having you and your friends hit "quick-match" at the same time.

@couchmochi Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We already working on a fix to the start game option in a private match.
A workaround should allow you to select "quick match" at the same time as your friends which will pull you into a game together.
