Starting as administrator has no effect...
Currently, we recommend that you uninstall Gif Your Game and then follow these instructions:
Go to your Rocket League install location (Default location: steam\steamapps\common\rocketleague\Binaries\Win32).
Delete the file x3daudio1_7.dll and/or d3d9.dll if these files are there.
Once this is done, you should be able to launch Rocket League without any issues. If you are still experiencing the same, problem, then you should reach out to our Customer Care team.
