I bought the TW scarab early on from the car show for 800c. I dont know when, but sometime later, the price was changed to 500c.

I've been trying to talk to support about this, but apparently they do not understand (heck, they even make it seem like do not understand about item shop refunds at all, not that i want a refund, i just want the 300c difference. but in the course of the discussion going no where they keep referencing item shop refunds in an inaccurate way)

Hey Card, the TW Scarab was mistakenly priced at 800c so the price was shifted to 500c. Players who purchased at the 800c price point SHOULD have seen 300CR returned to their accounts automatically. I'll send you a message for some info

I had the tw chusho decal equipped when I noticed it, but I tested other decals and even no decal and the car was still unpainted.

No worries! I’m on Xbox Series X. I can also load in on my potato of a PC and it’s the same there.
Digging into this a bit - what decal did you have equipped when you're seeing this issue?
Hey thanks for the reply. Yep, I’ve done multiple full shutdowns/restarts of RL since that big update last week. I can confirm that latest update has been applied, right after which this glitch started happening.
My bad, you totally mentioned it was after the last update in your original post. 😅
Do you mind letting me know what Xbox model you're on? The OG for instance, a One X or a Series model, etc?
