Anyone that bought righteous gale with tournament reward currency in Season 1 had their item changed from righteous gale (which matches the newest G2 away decal with all the colors, for reference) to a black and Grey version called "Righteous Fail" without warning.

This is not what occurred. As we stated on Twitter, "players who earned Righteous Gale with Tournament Credits will be granted a new Painted version of the item, called 'Righteous Fail.'" This means folks who earned a Righteous Gail through Tournaments got the Righteous Fail in addition to the original.

Regarding feedback on the arena in the menu: Always happy to take in feedback, and opinions are subjective, but I don't think "an employee's child turned the saturation and such to max,"...

Where did takumi distortion go?? It’s disappeared from my inventory.

This is a bug! Everyone who has the Takumi Distortion Decal still owns it, it's just not visible in inventory. We'll have this fixed in the next update.

There is a small update going out right now which is why you see the 10PM EDT tournament missing

Hey folks! Looks like this change went out earlier than intended -- it was originally supposed to be part of Season 9 going live on the 7th, and is in the patch notes next week. We did retire the "Psy Net" avatar, and now the "blank headshot" avatar is being used whenever there isn't a platform avatar to see.

Cross-Platform play is still up and running.
