Well its not a leak, it's an intentional release of information. A leak is when that information is shared by someone else when it is still supposed to be private.

We were able to track this one down and it seems like it was a brief hiccup with Epic Account linking. As for your account, it looks like your MMR was immediately set back, so you shouldn't have to worry about this happening again.
