Thank you for your response, i should clarify that I am worried that in the future if someone disconnects that i will have to finish the whole match while being short a team member.
I was hoping one day for a system that allows the other members to leave the match after the next round if there is a disconnected team member. It would still count as a loss but would allow players to move on instead of being bullied in an unfair match.
Maybe a surrender system if the former is not possible.
I have good news for you then. Based on our Roadmap you can see that a Surrender system is coming as well.

Good timing, i was just about to come to report, that i was able to purchase the Starter Pack directly from in-game store.
Before i had the betakey i could see the purchase being available at EGS Client. I was frustrated so i managed to bug out the in-game store too.
I chilled down, booted everything. EGS was still blank, in-game worked no problem.
Conclusion: if you already have the access to game, you can't make purchases via EGS, only in-game.
Appreciate you reporting your experience. Could I have your in game name? I want to review what's currently on your account preventing you from purchasing it.
the game has EAC but if the guy is using private cheats they cant ban until EAC updates.
The bad news is unfortunately there is no solution in the world that is going to catch all cheaters immediately.
The good news is we use EAC in conjunction with many other backend tools to grab pertinent data about heating. In addition we have invested community folks like the OP so we are able to quickly and effectively neutralize such behavior. I can tell you definitively the video in this clip has been reviewed and any necessary action taken.
Appreciate the concern around disconnection and no as long as you try and reconnect, the system is not designed to punish you for that.
Thanks for reporting this to us. Could you DM me where you attempted to purchase (EGS client, in game menu, etc...) your region and your in game name? I'd like to take a closer look at it.

External link →Yeah unfortunately, and the game doesn't fill either so it's either misery or quitting. In Strikeout it's painful when this happens because you QUICKLY get spawn trapped.
Again folks we do understand the concern around this. With the next Update (Vice) we have added a Deserter option. I will designate between a crash and an intentional quit and prevent the latter from immediately re-queueing.
