The dude had to make a post here to claim a reward that he should have gotten 3 years ago, problem free. And you're saying that "it's not good enough" that he had to wait this long ?

I’d also bring up a friend of mine who has not received her reward from designing the activity pet. Her name is Babysteps and she was supposed to receive a Larp Size Godsword but never got any message about it. Perhaps maybe Jagex can contact her once again to sort this out?
