it doesn't have charges (it's like onyx jewellery in that respect)

Will the Jagex RS3 staff find the competency to update their own game properly this time and include the valentines sprites that were supposed to be there about a week ago? And what happens with the time that was lost, sweep it under the carpet like the news post? Radio silence on expanding the time this should be up due to the internal failings of this company?
How does this even happen? Seriously. What kind of Mickey Mouse operation is the RS3 team running when they fail to apply seasonal events. Is this where we're at now? There is nobody there that knows what they're doing anymore?
Do I hold off on membership until I actually see DXP applied since the reality of the game is that what is planned is not explicitly what will happen (unless it's treasure hunter, they will always fix THAT asap), as this game seems to be run by incompetents.
