[2020] Beach Cocktails are broken maybe?

I have drunk beach c*cktails on two occasions now and saw no bonus XP applied. Has anyone else experienced this?

My exact experiment:

1. Drank 5 pinappletinis (gather skills +10%)
2. Saw the buff on my HUD
3. Did divination (off the beach), no BXP applied.
4. Did hunter (on the beach), no BXP applied.
5. Tried both of these activities after the Buffs ended, no BXP was baked into the standard XP amount.

My second experiment:

1. Did wilderness agility course (and wrote down XP amount)
2. Drank 5 lemon sours (support skills +10%)
3. Did wilderness agility course again, no BXP applied

Maybe I am using them wrong, or maybe it's a bug?
