Can we earn more than 1000 xp each day? if yes, please tell us.

Yes? You can complete all of your quests in one day and earn 2400xp in addition to your three daily wins.

As you said, if I complete my quests in one day plus 3 wins. Which means that I haven't touched the game the previous 2 days...
In a span of 3 days, I can earn up to 3000xp. Can I earn more? NO.
Today I finished everything, reached 1000xp. Can I earn more? NO.
if this isn't a limit, I don't know how else we can describe it.
There is not a 1000 xp cap on any given day, that's all that was being said. There are limits on how many things you can do to earn xp, and you will get to a point where you can no longer earn xp in a day, but there is no hard cap.

EXACTLY. And this can even change depending on events and such. Basically you get the same rewards as before for logging in to play two days a week.

Basically the change is that you can't do a one day binge a week and get your packs... And when you did that previously, you missed out on a ton of gold because of your quests, so it wasn't a good strategy for max value anyways. If you play two days a week you'll be perfectly fine.

Hey there! I suggest reading this blog post[rainbow6.ubisoft.com] on how the MMR Rollback system works.
As Fatal mentioned, the point of the system is to remove the impact of that match (positively and negatively) for everyone involved with that match. If you lost against a cheater, you would have the MMR you lost from all the matches you've played against that cheater returned back to you. If you won against a cheater, the system would take away all the MMR you gained from winning with the cheater, regardless if they were in your squad or not. You were not the only one in that match to get their MMR changed.
If you have any further questions, let me know!

@E9ine_AC is correct, we can't look into this for you from the forums but our Terms of Service team can take a look. Please fill out the webform to send in an appeal to that team if you believe a ban was added by mistake.
